Tae Kwon Do and of the school. Then then beginning student is
introduced to regular classes. Regular classes include warm-ups aimed

plus they present Tae Geuk Poomse and other forms specially developed
by Grand Master Il K. Kim.

of choreographed techniques, are an integral part of Tae Kwon Do
training. They develop mental and physical strength, flexibility,
memory, focus and balance. they are the basic means of teaching Tae
Kwon Do techniques.
